Spring! Spring! Spring! It's Here!!! 💕

My my, how the world has changed so fast. We are all locked into our homes and practicing safe social distancing when we do get out. This is going to change us all forever. Some for good and some for not so good. Originally I was going to share three ways I’ve been getting though this shelter at home. but then I read this quote… well I still want to share the three here, maybe next time I’ll go into them a bit more.

1. Change your attitude to a Positive Mindset

2. Give love and kindness

3. Smile, a lot!

Okay, there you go! Now to dive a bit deeper into the quote.

I typed out the quote from the picture above since the print is so small. It is from page 67, for March 29th. The book is titled A Year of Positive Thinking by Cyndie Spiegel:

The World will Always fall back into Place.

“There will be days that set your soul on fire with triumph. There will be moments of such divine goodness that you dance in the streets in praise. Honor these times for the genuine magic that they are. With your heart wide open, graciously accept these moments. But know that some days will be different. Do not judge yourself for the quiet times, the less confident days, and the sometimes somber nights. Those times, too, are necessary in an often too loud world. Cry when you need to. Laugh when you are called to. Dance when you want to. Feel whatever you are compelled to.

Trust that the world will always fall back into place.”

When I read this the other day, I thought it’s perfect for ALL of us right now. We are in this together and the best we can do for each other is send love from afar. Make extra calls, schedule video chats, send tons of texts, emails, share the heck out of funny pics and memes, as well as funny and heartwarming movies and shows to watch, and of course share exercise videos to do at home that will help boost your mood. In practicing these in combination we WILL get through this, and still have smiles on our faces.

Make each day be a great day. Find anything in your day to be a “WIN”. Even if it’s just as simple as dusting the top of your dresser or reading a few pages in a good book. Feel good about all of it. Then, share your successes with the world!

Here, I'll start with one: Hey! I took a shower today! Yay! 🤣

Do just like it says in the quote, there will be good days and there will be not so good days… but it is all in how you look at it and make it out to be. Go into them and out of them without any judgment. Especially read the end of the quote and follow that lesson;

“Cry, laugh, dance, and feel what you want when you want”. Then “TRUST” that everything will return back to somewhat normal soon enough.

Stick together. (but 6 feet apart)
