Instead of continuing to own the stress, why not choose to move it out of your body.

Try going for a walk, watch a funny movie, or play a board or card game.

These activities can help to move the stress and feelings of strain through your body.

If you're feeling heaviness, laughter can lighten the load, help you to breathe deeper and release some happy endorphins.
