💝 Happy Valentine's Day! 💝

Most of you know I ❤️ LOVE ❤️ Valentine's Day! Not just for the decorations and hearts, but for the Love in the air 🥰

How would you rate your health?

On a scale of 0-10, 0 is terrible, 10 is great. Where do you fall in the rating?

If I had to guess mine, I am at a 7-8. I am mostly healthy and energetic on a daily basis, I do have some underlying "stuff" I am working on. But overall, I am not disappointed with myself.

Here are some things I do on a daily basis to stay well:

I eat well, (mostly whole foods and limit processed foods and sugars) Stay hydrated,

Take JuicePlus supplements,

I exercise 6-7 days per week, meditate, and

Breathe mindfully.

I can honestly say I practice what I preach.

I am not perfect.

I am human, and I too am constantly evaluating my health and my choices, so please know that we are in this together. 💗

If your rating is under a 4, then you probably should take a deeper look at yourself and make a change. I know, I know... change sucks! But if you're wanting to live a more full and vibrant life, it's time.

I'm not saying make a HUGE change, I am implying you make ONE small change at a time. Take it day-by-day. If you look at just ONE day at a time, it's not as scary. Believe me, I have to do the same when I am deciding to make some changes.

1️⃣ - That's all...

I'm sure you have heard this famous quote by the great MLK, Jr.,

"Faith is taking the first step, even when you don't see the whole staircase." And another one of his quotes that is fitting here is,

"If I cannot do great things, I can do small things in a great way."

See!

Take small steps, or small bites, or like I said take one day at a time. Small things practiced on a regular basis add up over time. That's some great advice given by a great and inspiring man, so that is the advice I am giving to you today.

And... So be it! 😉

Why do I share this with you?
